About  this Pearlseeker...

Welcome! My name is Carole.

If we were to meet, you might ask what I do...

...and learn that I juggle several part-time jobs   while parenting two teens. Some of my interests are writing, photography, drawing, enjoying music concerts and the performing arts, visiting family abroad, and finding "hidden gems" wherever I am, whether that's a restaurant, a park, or a local landmark. I'm married to a pastor who is also an English teacher.

...but does that little bio really tell you who I am?

I like to meet up with friends at my favorite coffeehouse.

Let's say you and I are there, chatting over a cozy cup of our favorite tea or coffee. Here is what some of my friends and mentors say you'd learn about me...

"Carole is one of the most trustworthy, integrous, and genuine people I've ever met. Her capacity to authentically share her life-journey, encourage others to celebrate their uniqueness as well as call people into hope and love is palpable. Her skills as a writer and event planner are exceptional...as is her heart. I count it one of my deepest and dearest blessings to call her 'friend.'"

"Carole is one of the most insightful people I’ve had the pleasure to know. She has a way of bringing a beautiful wisdom to life’s hardest questions and challenges. Her warm and generous spirit naturally draws others to her. I am always blessed by our rich conversations, finding myself a better human for spending time with her."

"Carole is one of the most wildly creative and joyful people I know – two attributes that are inextricably linked in my experience. Hers is the soulful kind of joy that comes from soaking up all that life has to offer, and that has been deepened by experiences of suffering and uncertainty. Carole is also one of the wisest people I know. Whenever we talk about life, her insights into other humans as well as into her own heart, deepen my own. She is thoughtful, kind, a lover of life, and always encouraging. If you allow Carole to co-tend the soil of your soul, you will no doubt discover many lovely things growing there."
